Rawr. Thanks to the advertising of it on VGCats, I've recently become addicted to this lil' game called Cave Story. I'm too lazy to explain this really, but it's mainly based off the fact that on the final area (if you took the hard route through the game at least), "The Sacred Grounds", there are lots and lots of spikes, and it is very distressing when you beat enemies and their pickups land in said spikes. D= You seriously need all the health you can get.
If you click on "Download" to the left, you can see the animated version I whipped up (nothing special, the heart just flashes like they do in the game is all).
This actually started off as a random doodle, but it was coming out pretty well so I stuck with it.
Main character there is... main character (hard-routers in the game know what his true name/identity is) and other person is Curly Brace. They have white skin and weird green things on their heads because they're robots. D=
It was pretty weird playing this coz all of a sudden I was like "OHHHH that's what that weird toaster thing who shouts "Huzzah!" in that They Might Be Giants Fingertips flash music video comes from" and "OHHHH this is the game that the footage in Arfenhouse 6 comes from when they all go to hell!" I love it when that happens in life. It's like when there's a tiny thing in Episode 1 of a show that isn't explained til like, 2 series later. D=
Anyways.

EDIT: Oh, almost forgot, it's called "Bloody Hell..." because the Sacred Grounds area is also known as "Hell". And us british folk (judging from US TV shows with british characters) CLEARLY say nothing other than "bloody hell" when distressed.
Actually, I got my boyfriend to hack a save point so I had 9999 hit points and 999 rockets. ^_^ That's how I cheated. I dunno if you can find stuff like that online.
If I were you, I'd still feel proud about beating it properly, though. That's a really friggin' hard thing to do. ^_^ (I've personally given up trying.)

All my internets is dial up, and that makes me a sad panda. *Sniff*
Some people have been asking me about this stuff so I decided to gather all information in one single article on how to make your own portfolio, in a profesional and clean looking way. I hope it's useful, because these steps I myself take.
DeviantArt is full of extremely well produced artistic fashion and fine art photographs. Make up. Styling. Creation of scenery. Story. Light. Glamour. A combination of these expressions sometimes make up a great photograph. But the protagonists of these pictures are usually female.
So... now it's the time for male models to come into focus.
How to make DA work for YOU! Taking an in-depth look at how to make deviantART work for you, and getting the most out of your user experience. How to get comments, watches, your work scene, commented on, critiqued, and what you have to do. These are some of the things which I have learned since joining more than 4 1/2 years ago.
`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More

Great art, anyway. Good work on the facial expressions.

I put the "shit" in "your mailbox".
Although the female seems to bear a distinct resemblance to Denbo-chan. Maybe that's just my inner fanboy talking...

Well... then again, if I had known about em, my one single victory over the level wouldn't have felt so special. >_>;

I am the banana. To the max.
